No — blood work isn’t included in this program. The Reset is focused on helping you balance your hormones and metabolism through nutrition, movement, and daily habits. If you’re interested in doing lab work, you can absolutely do that separately, and I’ll share guidance on what to look for and how to interpret your results.

💊 Can I do this program while I’m on a GLP-1 medication (like Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro)?

Yes. The Reset can work alongside GLP-1 medications. In fact, many of the nutrition and lifestyle principles I teach will help you protect your muscle mass, support your metabolism, and maintain long-term results whether you stay on the medication or come off later.

🧬 Can I do this if I have hypothyroidism or Hashimoto’s?

Absolutely. I specialize in helping women with thyroid and hormone imbalances. The strategies in this program are designed to support thyroid function, improve energy, and reduce inflammation — not work against them.

✈️ What if I’m traveling during part of the program?

No problem. The Reset is designed for real life. You can access the lessons, workouts, and nutrition guides anytime inside the app, and you’ll receive weekly emails with links and replays so you never fall behind. Even if you’re traveling, you can stay connected and apply what you learn from anywhere.

🎥 What if I can’t attend the VIP calls live?

All VIP calls are recorded and replays are posted in the app each Wednesday. You can also submit your questions in advance or inside the group chat and I’ll answer them during the call.

💪 Do I need a gym membership?

No. The workouts are designed to be flexible — you can do them from home or in a gym using minimal equipment. If you prefer more structure, I’ll give options for both.

🥗 Is there a specific diet I have to follow?

Nope. This isn’t about restriction or rules — it’s about learning how to fuel your body. You’ll learn how to balance your meals with the right mix of protein, carbs, and fats to support your hormones and metabolism without cutting out the foods you love.

🕓 How much time does this take each week?

Most lessons take 15–20 minutes to watch, and the habits you’ll implement fit into your normal routine. You don’t need hours a day — just small, consistent actions that add up to big results.
