Frequently Asked Questions

How much time will I need to dedicate to this each week?

You’ll need 1 hour per week to review the lessons. The workouts are designed to fit into your schedule and range from 20-30 minutes. Everything is bite-sized and manageable to ensure it fits into your busy life.

When do the weekly lessons become available, and can I access them at my own pace?

The weekly lessons are released on Monday's, beginning January 20th. VIP calls will happen on Tuesdays, and the recordings will be sent out on Wednesday each week.

Once they’re available, you can work through them at your own pace. Even if life gets busy, you’ll have access for 6 weeks to catch up when it’s convenient for you.

What's the difference between the regular $99 and the $149 VIP Upgrade?

The $49 program is truly an "at your own pace" program. You will get weekly lessons emailed and you will work through them on your own.

The VIP upgrade includes weekly group coaching calls with me, where I’ll answer your questions, provide guidance, and help you overcome any challenges you’re facing. You’ll get direct access to me in a group setting for extra support and motivation.

What if I miss a live coaching call? Will there be recordings?

Yes! All VIP coaching calls are recorded and uploaded so you can watch them whenever it fits your schedule. You won’t miss a thing.

What if I want to start before January 20th? Or if I need to join later, can I catch up?

While we will be working through the 6-weeks as a group starting on January 20th, you’ll have immediate access to the materials as soon as you sign up so you can start working on your goals, nutrition and fitness the second you join.

You can also absolutely join after January 20th and catch up on the lessons at your own pace.

Will the macro goals work for my specific dietary needs (e.g., vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.)?

Yes! Your macro goals are customized to fit your unique needs, preferences, and health goals. Whether you’re vegetarian, gluten-free, or have other dietary restrictions, you’ll get guidance on how to make it work for you.

What equipment do I need for the workouts? What if I have minimal fitness experience?

Most of the workouts require minimal equipment, like a mat and a set of dumbbells. They’re designed to be done at home or wherever you feel comfortable. No fancy gym equipment required!

Why is working with Lizzie different?

Unlike going to the doctor, where you only get 15 minute (if you are lucky) I spend an hour deep-diving into your health history, ordering detailed labs and creating a customized plan just for your body, your needs and your life.

Do I need a gym membership?

No you do not. All workout plans can be crafted to either be done at home or at the gym. 

Does Insurance cover labs?

Unfortunately no but that is ok. I have tailored my pricing and programs in a way that allows you to have an all in one package deal when you work with me.

What does it cost?

I have several options at varying price points, depending on your situation. From one-on-one private coaching, to group coaching, to the 6-Week UnDiet you program, the price points range to afford accessibility to anyone who is looking to take control of their health. Do I have to diet?

Here at Undiet You we don’t use the word dieting or bandwagon. The only time someone may be on a diet is for specific healing purposes but that is meant to be short term. Otherwise we are focusing on learning how to fuel and nourish the body in a healthy sustainable manner.
